History: Born of noble blood and two a strong mated pair, this huntress was out searching for a kill one day when she happened upon a boy. His hair dark, skin pale, and eyes wary. Immediately she felt danger for him, death creeping up upon him as he stumbled forward and landed upon his knees. Normally she wouldn't show any remorse the creatures that wish to put her child into extinction, but this one was different. So she brought him back to her cave. She got him to drink deeply from the red river that came from a healthy prey of hers and curled around him. A few hours later he awoke, clutching his stomach, eyes wild as he rejected the sweet redness. Next she offered him some meat, but he shook his head and pointed to the foul smelling rejection. It took a while, but he soon conveyed he couldn't eat the meat so she set off in search of something new, something he could eat. She brought back animal and dead bark alike. He smiled at her, but grew weaker and weaker. After a while she had decided she might as well let him pass in warmth, so she curled around behind him. He has sighed and patted her before reaching for the bark. While she was gone he had been playing with stones. Suddenly a spark lit up and the huntress roared, but a gentle hand patted her to calm her. A few more sparks and then something strange, light no, another element, fire. This boy had created fire. She was in awe, her front paws inching towards it as it grew. The boy then ripped off a few pieces of the kills and held them in the flames. Her nostrils flare as a sick scent poisons the air, but she still watches, curious. Once the meat is brown, some parts blackened, the boy bites into it. Piece after piece, until about half of the small kill was gone, he repeated the process. She laid in wonder. Eventually he began to move more, searching for something, what he brought forward was strange. Its a thin rock, with a deep bottom and an indent. He moved the edge of her cave and scooped up snow, she watches him as he does, confused. Returning he partially held the rock over the flames. It didn't take long before the boy swore and pulled back his rock. Inside it was something she had never seen before, not quite a red river, but not quite snow either. He frowned but brought the rock to his lips. Watching him she saw him swallow it. Then he settled back against her, warmer and stronger than before. He smiled and gave a simple, "Oh. By the way, I'm Blaise." His eyelids drooped over pink colored eyes and shortly she heard the sounds of sleep. The huntress listened before curling around him once more, the fire in front and her on all other sides. Its seems the two have something in common, they are both survivors.
Days passed, the two grew closer. The boy often went with her where ever she did. While out he found a cross bow with thirteen arrows. He seemed happy and told her, "Now we can hunt together." Its not like they couldn't before, she noted he had one of those small, loud, shiny things human hunters often had when they came to her territory. But he never once pulled it out, she wondered why. That night he explained while he picked uncooked meat from cooked, giving her the red pieces, "Ya see. I used most of my ammo in this tank. I had to get out or I would drown. Ya see, it was scary, but then I realized all I had to do was calm down and get out. I found this-" he pats the gun at his hip- "so I shot the glass holding me. Five times. When the glass broke the bullets washed away. I was able to walk away, I was in some, I don't know, carnival thing. But it was empty, only the water attractions were working, but I knew they wouldn't hurt me so I walked out. As I left a little girl, I wonder if she was lost now that I think about it, gave me a small bag and these two glowing objects that melted into me. Since then I've felt much more... free, ya know. Like I could fly. Or at least free fall no problem... Anyways, that's why I was so happy that I can hunt with ya now..." It was the next day he started calling names she didn't know. But one caught her attention, one she recognized. This name was "Glen". Since she turned to look when he said that name she's been stuck with it, but she's okay with that, the human cub doesn't know she's a girl nor that she really has a name. Later that same day they were out and about when Blaise stumbled upon a back pack. He then began to freak out, saying something about his sister. He took the back pack with them as he ran around looking for her. "Glen" followed and kept him out of trouble. That night the boy woke up time and time again, crying and screaming. The huntress would press her flank to him and lap at his hair until he would fall into a sleep fitful slumber, still twitching and whining occasionally, but quieter. In the morning, tired but rested, the boy looked through the pack. He found tea bags, protein bars, a couple bags of dried fruit and veggies, and seven throwing knives. Blaise was pleased, "Glen" shrugged it off. So, whenever they have a really solid piece of meet, Blaise practices throwing the knives at it. "Glen" has noticed he's pretty dangerous with those, almost as much as he is when it comes to letting an arrow zing. The other Glitches from the Mountain Range all know Blaise and respect him like they do her by now.
